Hope you are well. I have searched on your website to find an area where I can write a 'testimonial' or 'feedback' for your company?? I have never done this before but felt i had to with Ivy House.
If you do ever create an area for this i would be more than happy for you to post the following:
"I ordered all of the Cuba Oak range of furniture from Ivy House Furniture. To date, I have never had such a professional service from a company. Being rather impatient with wanting all my furniture as early as possible, i emailed Emma at Ivy House Furniture and she dealt with my queries so promptly i was astounded. This company even delivered all my order on a Sunday! I can not fully explain what a wonderful service i have had from this company, from the friendliness of Emma and the delivery drivers - who also called me half an hour before they arrived (useful on a Sunday), and would recommend them fully to anyone. Prices were also excellent and very competitive but to be honest i would pay more now having used this company just to ensure i have the same experience again."

I just wanted to say that your service has been outstanding. The items were delivered within a week, all items were as per the order and packed to a very high standard resulting in no damages. You drivers arrived when they said they would - very early on Saturday morning !
No hesitation in recommending you.

Unfortunately now we have everything up I won't be able to fit a dressing table in so I will have to leave that. I will hopefully be in touch when we decide to do up our other bedroom!

I recieved my furniture today and it is more than i expected, fantastic. Every piece is beautiful i am so so happy with it and Steve your driver what can i say he's fantastic, a real gentleman couldn't be nicer. Hello,
Just thought I'd let you know I received by order on Friday the 22nd. I was told my order would arrive between 12 and 2, and as said it arrived by 1.15.
I was really pleasantly surprised; the delivery men were lovely, and all of the packages arrived in tack and very well wrapped!
If anyone needs any high quality furniture, you'll be the first one I recommend.
